By installing or using U-Reach Products, you have read and acknowledged all agreements and are confined to them. The manufacturer is not accountable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to property harm, loss of time or data from the use of any of our products, or any other damages attributable to product malfunction or failure; including, without limitation to, those attributed to: (1) reliance of the materials provided, (2) costs of product replacement, (3) loss of use, data or profits, (4) delays or business interruptions, (5) any principle of legal responsibility arising from or in reference to the use, overall performance, delays in service, or lack of the ability to render service of any our products. The manufacturer makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of all products. However, the customer is responsible to verify that the output of our product meets the customer’s quality requirement. The customer further acknowledges that improper use of our products, software, and/or hardware issues can cause loss of data, defective formatting, or unreliable data loading. The manufacturer will make efforts to resolve or repair any issues recognized by the customer either within the warranty period or on a time and materials basis. Specifications and features are subject to change without notice or obligation.
The manufacturer provides a basic one-year parts and labor warranty for all duplicators and machines. Adapters provide 6 months warranty. Cables, sockets, and other consumable items provide 3 months warranty. An extended warranty may be purchased. Telephone and email support is available for the life of the product as defined by the manufacturer.
All warranties are region specific and will be defined per the market region in which the product was purchased.
Warranty eligibility requires an intact serial number, an unmodified warranty sticker, and an untampered machine.
The end-user must ship the machine with a completed RMA form. Without it, the package will be rejected at the end user’s expense. Once the machine has been repaired, the manufacturer will ship the package back to the end user.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement or misuse of any our equipment. Copying any form of data (audio, video, or software) without the permission of the copyright holder is illegal. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the legal copyrights of the copyright owners are respected.

Returns and exchanges are only valid for 14 days starting from the invoice date and will be subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee and deduction of the initial shipping fees (even with free shipping promotions). All exchanges will be sent to the original address only. All accessories, drives, and customized special orders (e.g. 100 or more port flash duplicators) are non-refundable.
All returns must include a completed RMA form, or they will be refused at the shipper’s cost.

U-Reach will ship throughout the USA, and globally. If you are located outside of the USA, and cannot check out your cart because of shipping unavailability, please contact us. We will determine if it is cost-effective to ship to your location and arrange shipping. If not, we will refer you to our other country regional partners near you.
1. When full, verified payment is received.
All orders MUST be placed over the phone if additional shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation is/are required.
All orders typically process within 1-3 days lead time, unless stated otherwise.We will be free from responsibilities of any duties, customs fees, broker fees, and/or tax-related fees outside of the U.S.
U-Reach will only be responsible for sending the package to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.If the package is lost or stolen, it is the end user’s responsibility to contact local law enforcement and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping Policy
1. Free shipping will only be through FedEx Ground.
2. Free shipping only applies to products that are eligible.
3. Ineligible products will still be charged accordingly.
4. Free shipping only applies to the continental 48 States of America.
5. All returns with free shipping will be subjected to mandatory 15% re-stocking fees and actual shipping costs deducted.
Orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same day, provided the requested product is in stock at the time the order is processed. After the cut-off time, the order will generally ship out the next working business day. In some rare instances, the product might be shipped out later due to a national holiday or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please be aware that express shipping is NOT a guarantee for same-day shipping.
When you receive your shipment, please verify all cartons indicated on the invoice are present. We may not accept liability for shipments claimed as shortage, where the recipient has not signed for the number of cartons received (signing for the number of skids or pallets is not acceptable).
Shipping discrepancies, including short shipment requests, need to be submitted within 14 days of receipt for investigation. Shipping discrepancies submitted over 14 days will be investigated at the discretion of U-Reach.
Please report a DOA product within 48 hours from the package delivery date. If 48 hours have passed, we can only follow the normal RMA Warranty procedure.
Unless the shipment is refused due to an error we made, or the package is visibly damaged, a $50 charge will be applied to the refused shipments.
Backordered products require longer lead times; around 7-10 days. Any shipment reimbursement is NOT guaranteed. U-Reach only reimburses a reasonable amount based on what the shipping carrier can offer.
By purchasing U-Reach Products, you have read and agreed to our policies, terms, and conditions. Customer agrees to pay all costs including attorney's and collection fees for delinquent accounts.
1. If the system has an expired warranty
a. If you want to proceed with repair(s), please send back the system and remark "expired warranty" on your RMA form. U-Reach will be required to collect a fee for the maintenance. If the customer does not wish the product to be maintained, U-Reach will collect an inspection fee for the product.
2. If the system is within warranty
a. Fill in the information, in detail, for the faulty product. Fax or e-mail the RMA request form to U-Reach USA and the customer will receive an RMA number (e-mail email@example.com). Proof of the original invoiced purchase date is required for warranty service.
b. Your invoiced purchase(s) must be through U-Reach Data Solutions Inc., our authorized resellers, or distributors; in order for the warranty to be valid. If you purchased from another regional market, you must send the machine back to the original seller that you purchased from.
c. If U-Reach finds the returned product is not defective, then an invoice will be issued to the customer for shipping and inspection fees.
3. If U-Reach discovers the product is returned without a S/N, the S/N sticker is damaged, or S/N is discrepant with the product. The product will be deemed as an expired warranty. Please see the warranty policy as above point 1.
4. If U-Reach discovers that the product is still in the warranty period, but is damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or inappropriate handling and installation. U-Reach will not be held responsible for the warranty service; there will be a mandatory repair fee charged.
5. Prior to shipping your RMA, please pack your product extremely well with anti-shock packaging. We highly recommend you use the original shipping box. If the product is damaged because of improper packing, U-Reach will not be held responsible for the warranty service. The product will be deemed as an expired warranty. Please see the warranty policy as above point 1.
